SUMMARY:Holiday Training Camp
DESCRIPTION:Racers are invited to partake in the Cochran Ski Area Training Camp (3 days) during Christmas. As usual the emphasis will be on running lot’s of gates… and ripping. The coaching will be simple\, with the goal to have everyone walk away (ski away?) with 1 or 2 “keys” that bring out their best skiing. Timmy Kelley and Jimmy Cochran will be coaching\, with “cameo” appearances by current world cup regulars Robby Kelley and Ryan Cochran-Seigle to provide visual demonstrations. Come with questions\, a smile\, and strong forearms (you’ll need them after multiple laps on the ropetow!) \nAll proceeds support our favorite little ski area! \nWhat: Three days of intensive SL and GS training with current and former World Cup racers and US Teamers/Olympians \nWhen: Dec. 27\, 28\, 29 (Wed\, Thurs\, and Fri… 9am – noon) \nWhere: Cochran’s Ski Area\, Richmond (1 mile west of Round Church\, Cochran Road) \nPrice: $100 (lift ticket valid all day) Scholarships are available.
